Keith Campbell RPH, MBA, FASHP, CDE, is well known to all of us in the diabetes education field. He actually in the world's longest continuous user of an insulin pump...over 30 years ! How's that for experience ? He's also one of the brightest minds in diabetes research today, and co-author of ADA/PDR Medications for the Treatment of Diabetes.

  • You're qualified to make a diagnosis of obesity? What's his height? What's his weight? What's his BMI?

It's fine to support Dr. Bernstein but it's unnecessary to knock other people to do it. Campbell has survived 60 years with diabetes, so I guess he's doing something right. I hope you do as well as him after 60 years.

BTW, did you know Dr. Bernstein has bad eyesight? That's right. He wears GLASSES!!!

  • With all due respect, Mr. Campbell is obese (he comments on the weight gain). That's not a good situation for anyone, let alone a diabetic. Dr. Richard K. Bernstein is also a type 1 and very slender and athletic thanks to his pioneering low-carb diet regimen. If I were diabetic, I'd head straight to Dr. Bernstein's books.
