Christiana Care negligence. Oprah Dateline 20/20 ? FIGHT 4 baby's rights!

HEALTH CARE REFORM NEDED! Greedy insurance companies need to be put in check.
When money or risk of a lawsuit trumps a baby being neglected to the point of brain damage, good people will join the effort to fight back. This is pure corruption and Christiana Care doesnt seem to CARE!
President Obama, Eric Holder, VP Biden, this is torture.
Defend the innocent US citizens. Children get done wrong and the hospital looks the other way. Something needs to be done or it will continue to happen. Imagine how it feels knowing your baby suffered from lack of oxygen for over a month while a "top" doctor was billing Medicaid to test for and treat the anemia that caused the harm.
Someone tried to make it look like anemia was not the cause of harm, until we got her transferred to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Once we got to CHOP we find out the truth. Anemia was the only thing that was wrong with Alyssa, and it went untreated for well over a month.

This is a tradegy that should not of happened in this day and age. It is completely preventable.

It breaks my heart to think of all my little niece has gone through as well as her parents. My little niece is truly a miracle from God and without his blessings and healing power she wouldn't be with us today. I often wonder how many other families this has happened to and the doctors and hospials have chosen to just brush the situation and the families to the side ? MOTHERS and FATHERS this really happened to this beautiful child and trust me it could happen to YOU !!

It seems that neonatal medicine is an area that is continually neglected.

Stem cell research is being stifled eventhough it has the capacity to significantly improve birth survival rates, lower infant mortality rates, improve the percentage of women that make it to term, boost the quality of infant life, avert chronic debilitations and save the lives of babies.

Its a shame what my family has been through because of hospitals and doctors like this. I am asking other mothers like myself to please leave comments in support of our beautiful baby girl. Our little miracle is alive today because god has something special in store for her.
