  • Dont eat one meal a day ull end up getting really fat it slows the fat burning procces eat six times a day to burn fat fast trust me im an mma fighter i need to cut wieght for fights motabalism is the key

  • You will starve you need to eat better not less and work out that means exercise less fats less sugar btw protein is fine but lean protein not fatty protein whole grains and water instead of whole milk and less chocolate it's delicious but terrible for you
