Bodie is a ghost town on the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada mountain range in California about 75 miles southeast of Lake Tahoe. Bodie began as a little mining camp in 1859 following the discovery of gold by prospector W. S. Bodey. That November, Bodey died in a blizzard after making a supply trip to nearby Monoville.

AT 0:45 that was an AWESOME pool table and if I lived in Bodie I would "borrow" it for repair and showcase it my game room!

@DJBuckCallYo they never left in such a hurry there was a decline in population over decades. probably because killings were made almost daily plus the mines started to close. that was how it made its money. the last mine was closed in the 40's and never reopened

@jamesjeffreypaul it sounded like something from The Shining to me... but you're probably right.

W.S.Bodie broke his leg while walking out of the town for supplies. He died and was found after the snows had melted.

@convict13 yup, thats strange aint it man? If people were to do that in the modern times, I'd be scared out of my mind if I drove across an empty city lol. I wonder why those people left in such a hurry. That's suspicious.....

I always find it amazing that people leave the houses like they just went to the shops and were coming back , such as .35. Didn't they pack to leave?

That score is a variation on the medieval death chant Dies Irae, isn't it?
