e38 740il in generel is not rare, but this is the rarest e38 740il becuase it is the final year and has a number of changes exclusive to 2001 only. Along with more standard options and a widescreen nav the headlights and tailights are revised for a cleaner look, and the side skirts and bumpers which were previously black are body coloured for a sleek appearence........ Nice 740!
