June 11th, 2009 practice. Started off just wanted to do a dance to my favorite Alice In Chains song....then turned into a test of what I could do lol. I decided to try the Twisted Grip which I got for a second lol. Also decided I'd give it a go at the Holly Drop & Spinning Scorpio. I even attempted to try the death lay....first time though I chickened out being that close to the ceiling hehe. Second time I just had no strength left and was at the point where all I was doing was sliding down the pole.

happend accross this video while checking out alice in chains music... i always thought dancing was just shaking your ass and showing your tits for money i can see a lot of skill and hard work involved

I think you're beautiful, i bought myself a pole last year to help me exercise and to help a sporting injury, and my body is tighter than it's ever been. you have a beautiful body and you're moves are very smooth. Well done! xx
