Have complete tension on tow strap.... then ease on the gas...
not Ok we have 50 ft of strap Let it rRIPPPP!!!!!!!!!!

@stewartx5 there is nothing wrong with snatching out, its the idiots like these people that make it dangerous. Use snatch straps all the time never a problem because we are safe about it and know what we are doing. While harder to do a winch can still go wrong, thats something I wouldn't want to be in the way of either.
