@tseka23 The best way is by using a Heart Rate Monitor. You'll be able to input your own stats so that it can calculate a pretty accurate number of calories burned.

I've tried p90x and want to start it again using an app, but, my only question is, how do you know how many calories you have burned with each workout?
so that it configures into your diet plan. Every person's metabolism is different.
You may burn more calories than me doing the exact same workout.
