when you dont buy organic fruits or vegetables you can kill the pesticide with baking soda vinegar lemon juice mix all that in a spray bottle spray it on your food for about 5 min max and wash off with water, i spray my organic vegetables and fruit, if i dont grow it i dont trust it.

So true about these doctors, I have a friend who cured herself from cancer from eating raw and another benefit she experienced was her eyesight as well, and she ALWAYS had to wear glasses every since I've known her (which is from elementary school). Raw does work, its just very hard to stay on track when you start....Your video has made me excited to start back on raw and try to stay that way. So glad I found your channel!

Is there a book i can get to help me out, ive tried and failed before and i do think it's because of the negativity from my family and friends, i may try again and do what you said keep it to myself. i am scared about failing again though.
