I'm from Poland and I was there (Kotor, Budva) last summer. Montenegro is the one of the most beautiful place I ever seen. I want to spend the rest of my life right there ;)

Night life begins at 1 am. In day is too hot (in summer) so people go out into streets only in the evening. If you think about clubs life you must go to Budva or on beaches - there is a lot of small open bars where people are dancing. In each city is many bars and restaurants so you can buy beer or something stronger. I love this place but it's not a Ibiza - It is a little quieter ;)
