People do have the right in not being photographed if they don't want to be. That I understand and should be respected, including Police Officers they are humans too.

From what I understand of it, it's gonna take pretty much all of you (51% or more) rising up together at once for you to not be considered (and detained) as terrorists.
You can say it all you want, but the reality is that you can be arrested and jailed without charge if they feel you're starting to gain traction.
