Priest Lies About "Atheist Friends" on National Television

This priest says on Fox News that he has "a lot of atheist friends" who "suffer" because they know "the world makes a whole lot more sense if God does exist". As someone who _actually_ has a lot of atheist friends, and has talked to hundreds if not thousands of them online, I can tell you that I have never met a single one who "suffers" because they know that "the world makes ... more sense" if God exists. I am not even sure that statement makes any sense. This man is a liar.

No Atheist would think the world makes sense if a god exists, and no Atheist friend he had would be his friend after that statement , not for his belief but because of his stupidity ,and willful ignorance . But now back to the reality of things ,we know everything this man just said was a lie, it could be a video tool called exposing a liar 101, for those of us without a belief we do not need an explaination of how, if you are not a freethinker you will never understand how he has exposed it .

i'm proud to be an atheist. i may not know all the answers but i'm proud that i didnt settle on such a crazy story as the bible. or the koran or any other texts written by tribesman in a cave some where. i laugh really hard when religious people use their own bible as a source of prove with nothing else to back it up. sadly though, they believe it as the truth undeniably and there is no turning them back to being smart.

I am an atheist, and I do suffer tremendously from my atheism. I hate my life so much because I am able to explore my sexuality without fear of an eternal lake of fire. I can't stand that I get to sleep in on Sundays. I also hate that I can only believe in what can be seen and proven, and not base it on belief. By the way, I am being sarcastic.

I am not suffering for my atheism.. I have a great deal more free time on Sunday then any of my church going friends.. and I don't spend my day wringing my hands that my kids might go to hell because they discovered how the universe works in science class.
