Canola oil is poison! It is rapeseed oil, a plant so toxic that insects wont touch it, also used as an industrial lubricant.You probably think there is actually a plant called canola. No chef with a brain ever uses it. Canola just means Canada Oil. The Canadian govt and industry paid the FDA $50 million dollars to have canola oil placed on the (GRAS) List, "Generally Recognized As Safe". They actually pretend there is a canola plant. You can buy it at the garden center (insecticide).
