they tried making something like that here on our fistival.... they made almost 1000 lanterns but unfortunately because of the strong wind.. many did make it... it just burned in the ground and just more than 20 had floated... lol... XD sad.. T_T

You buy it for nothing dont wast your time to make it, I've tried but never work as
