@MrAgentCooki I think he mentioned being an INTJ in another video, so you've got his Ni wanting to better systematise our haphazard approach to typing, and Te driving him to generate discussion over the ideas that lie behind it and iron out the kinks in the system. Maybe throw in a little Fi, having felt himself lost in the internet's version of MBTI theory, and you've got a driven, video-making machine.

hey dave ive been having trouble classifying my friends by using different personality tests and ive found it very difficult since they seem to get a lot of inbetween marks or dont match up to their results but when i take different tests i always get INFP and i agree this is deffinitly right for me and i was wondering if its maybe because im more sure of myself? also if you say the tests are inaccurate what can i use to tests my friends?

You say everybody uses all the functions, but only four are ranked as cognitive functions by the types. When and how strongly do the other functions come into play? I see this as a large glaring hole that doesn't get addressed. For example, an ENTJ and INTJ both have Fi, but how much do they use their Fe and whose is stronger?

@boblikesoup Shadow functions are not something that are used unless under extreme stress.

You've validated my assumption on my friend's personality type. "ENTPs are the inventors."... "creative".."looks at different possibilities", etc. My friend in question is a really good liar; makes really convincing false stories about himself. :/
And btw, I've got nothing against ENTPs. ;)
