This is very interesting!! That is one of many good ways of using such a device, i.e., safely checking the condition of power-line equipment. As long as it's not used to look in people's house windows, and invade their privacy.

The GPS hover / position hold software is programed and created by Microdrones themselves.
So its not something you can just by and adapt to your own craft.
MD's GPS hold function and software works extremely well.
