If you've been following this series, don't get your hopes up. This is the end.
I manage an apartment building in Hollywood CA. The story behind the tenant in apartment 306 is a strange and scary mystery, and I am finding out his story.

  • I may not have stopped if I had seen the brilliant marketing campaign! Who shot JR? Who killied Laura Palmer? And now this. Another opportunity I missed...

  • Boy... that's a lot of my yapping... ug.

  • I'm going back to the annoying orange!

  • Best wishes to you, Mr. 306!

  • You are awesome, dude! I love this series Apartment 306 ...inccluding the final epsiode! You were able to bring to light various issues on privacy and advance technology....GREAT STUFF! And the suspense of it all ....enlightening! Jeff

  • Oh hell. What am I going to do with all these Apartment 306 shirts I printed up? Those and the "Who shot Joe?" shirts aren't worth shit now. Thanks. No really.

  • Great conclusion, and oddly the most gripping.

  • I've been filming a webseries of me stalking you stalking him, but I guess all good things must come to an end.

    Great stuff, Joe!

  • A very nice -- albeit disappointing for the voyeur in us all -- conclusion to an absolutely fascinating series. You have an adept voice at storytelling and I am really looking forward to seeing your documentary on Lynch. I also want to say that I think you judge yourself too harshly, from my POV, you were ethical and cognizant of the potential ramifications for your tenant and expressed so many times during the four episodes. I wish him well and hope that he can overcome his fears.

  • Well done, Joe! I enjoyed this video.

  • I watched this episode and my heart swelled with pride at the honest , understanding and compassionate man you have become. Wow my respect and love for you grow leaps and bounds, and I didn't think that was possible because of how much I loved and respected you, before this. You ended this beautifully.
