they choose angola to be the winner because in almost 12 years, black candidate did not get the crown of the miss universe, and on 2010, they want venus raj (philippines) to won, because she is deserving, but she fail in the q and a, so that they gave it to miss angola, and i know that black candidate in the year of 2013 will did not get the crown of the universe, because angola get it on 2011, and they want that black candidate should won because, there is only few black woman in the miss u

i think ukrane should have won she was the best! Angola was great but she did not answer the question and i did not like her swimsuit walk. so i think ukraine and philippines were suppose to be in the final 2 but glad Angola won because she comes from a poor country and latinas cant win all the time other races have to win

I can feel that Madam Stella is very sincere in her advocacies in bbpci. She is a beauty queen, a title holder and pretty sure more with integrity than despair because she is an achiever. Being with integrity gave her chance of nurturing young beauty queens to be of great help to the society.She is living in the Phil for a long time and definitely a filipino already.
