Hey guys! So first off, I want to apologize to all you viewers. Turns out for both of my walkthroughs of Golden Sun and Golden Sun: The Lost Age, I didn't know I could stabalize the frame rate in Visual Boy Advance. That's right...I could have had much better quality in both walkthroughs. As you can see in this test video, the difference is clear, and the frame rate is nothing short of perfect (minus whatever YouTube will do to it). So how did I figure this out?
Well, it's extremely easy to do, which is why I apologize for neglecting this. In VBA, simply go to 'Options, Frame Skip, 0' to get the original GBA quality of all of your GBA roms. I feel like an idiot for not knowing to do this for my walkthroughs...haha. Oh well, I am still pleased with how the walkthroughs turned out, so go watch them if you haven't yet! And if I'm feeling up to it, I might make a new "How to Record in VBA" video. We'll see... :D
UPDATE: YouTube really does an unjustice for the quality of the real video. There's still a noticeable difference though. Let me assure you that setting the frame skip to 0 is definitely something you would want to do if you use VBA.
Also, the reason why I go so "fast" in my walkthroughs is because while I record episodes, there is a slight lag in VBA. This means that the frames per second drops a little, causing me to play in "slow motion." It's not too significant, however, but I just thought I'd throw that out there for you guys. :)
hey guys, im just wondering if its possible to transfer my data from my VBA Golden Sun to my VBA Golden sun 2 like the real game boy advance unit.. but i remember that it only works for two compatible games, i mean if the golden sun 1 is US version then i should work for golden sun 2 US version.. so what if i download and play a US version of Golden sun 1 and 2, ca i transfer my isaac data via password? anyone?

do you leave the size of the vba just as when you use it for the first time or do you expand it?

@Videogamefan100 No I don't think size affects the frame rate too much...just run it however you normally would.
