Crowded House This is Massive Live (1/13)

Great live concert from the CH. Probably my favorite taped performance of all time of theirs. I was supposed to seem the live in Columbus Ohio opening for Bruce Hornsby and the Range. Unfortunately, CH canceled to go play this concert in Daytona, FL. The upside is I've been playing this gem for over 20 years! Surprised the tape still works!

So glad someone video taped this show from '87, was so good! Great flashback! I remember recording this on a 90 min. TDK cassette tape with a hookup from the TV to the stereo! Funny thing is that some how I got the Split Enz live from '83 on the other side!

@jackrebel601 After CH got hot, around the time of this Daytona show, MTV started to play Split Enz live in Canada on some nights. Maybe that is the show on the back of your tape.

Wow, I have never heard of this song and yet Crowded House are my favourite band...must be one of those numbers sung live only. I really like it

It was originally a Split Enz song released on their last proper studio album "See Ya Round." Written by Paul, I think, but sung by Neil. CH performed it a lot during this early period.

I used to have this show on VHS and watched it many, many times. Awesome!
