Look up my account 8swantonbomb... Yes you don't need 99 pray to be a good tank, but you do need it to be a maxed tank.

actually maxed tanks dont need 99 pray all they need is under 148 str and att and 99 def range but hp and mage dont count they just get for veng and barrage and hp comes with 99 def and range but u dont need 99 pray for maxed tank tbh.....
