I like how all the Americans get behind Knox, automatically assuming she is innocent because she is American, as if an American wouldn't be capable of going to a foreign country and killing innocent people. Which ironically is exactly the thing they are best at, if anything I think the fact she is American make her more likely to be guilty.

@UrsineBenn I am American and I believe she and her boyfriend killed Meredith. In fact a lot of Americans think she is guilty.

What I think will happen from this appeal is a change in their sentences. Whatever side you're on, there is proof that some of the DNA evidence got cross-contaminated in the initial investigation, so possibly the Court could reduce the sentences. However, the bra strap won't cancel out all the other overwhelming evidence against them. Amanda should pay for her crime.

@UrsineBennin italy there are many good prosecutors and judges . the problem of italian justice is burocracy and insufficient resources in justice courts(some judges bring home the work) . we had (and have now) wicked people in government (not only Berlusconi) the did not want to give more resources to judges and good acts of parlaments to improve the justice. the main problem of italian justice is the long times of trials (sometimes can last even 15-20 years)and difficulty to jail criminals.
