How many of the politicians making these regulations have their houses next to low income housing? I lived in a development like that where the low income rentals were not completed until after we moved in. Once the low income homes were complete and rented, the development became a crime zone. I left a year after that, 2 years later I drove by my old place and it was trashed, junk cars and graffiti, looked like a trailer park on Cops. No way $800K, what a joke.
