A normal chat room isn't the same because you can tell who is saying what, and there's no restriction on letters. Chat rooms are just full of chat, there's nothing interesting about them per se.

Fridge Magnets is a bit creepy because messages start appearing out of nowhere. It's difficult to explain until you try it. This app is freeware so try it if you want to see what I mean.
