@woolftwo One time we had to babysit a declawed cat. Most violent beast ever. But chances are that he was so aggressive because he must have felt cornered all the time without having claws to defend himself with. Declawing a cat would be like cutting someone's fingers off at least halfway.

Do you trim their nails the same way you would a regular domestic cat? Just maybe need to use dog trimmers instead of the ones for cats. Actually I use dog trimmers on the very tall 30 lb. cat I have now. Trimming a cats nails is not at all difficult, just need to be very precise and careful. ,,,,>^,,^<,,,, I will never understand why anyone would be so cruel and declaw. Or why a vet would even agree to it!

@woolftwo I agree. Most, nearly all vets in the USA declaw cats and make a lot bucks out of it. I am not Magic's human companion. I expect her claws are trimmed in the usual way but I am not sure.

i hate that these are illegal in my country (Sweden) only F4's or F5's are legal over here because the F1/2/3's are "too wild and agressive" pfft... this cat seems to be nicest cat ever! i might just have to move to the states and get myself one of these =P

@moggiola F1s are not automatically aggressive. It depends on how they were raised.
