Metro 2033 - Gameplay - Creepy Moment - Sneaky Cave Monster.

Heard a growl in the next area, so I started up FRAPS hoping that something good would happen. It turned out to be a much better sequence than I expected, that actually scared the bejeezus out of me.

The monster crawls into a hole in the wall of a cave, and pops out at *just* the right time, then crawls back in and appears out of another one, and nearly kills me.
