it dpends on your definition of "brutal" but i think you're kindda missing masters apprentices first riff, funeral portrait, deliverance, black rose immortal.... thou its hard to choose opeth is great

you're actualy giving more brutal song segments than actual riffs, the grand conjuration riff you played is totally not brutal, but the one when he screams "the grand conjuration" is fucking tears your hair off and kill people with it brutal

out of masters apprentices', the first riff is much more "brutal"

The riff before the solo in Heir Apparent is more brutal imo. It sounds like the soundtrack to the end of the world. You could drive a lowrider through 5ft of snow and not get stuck if that riff was playing on your CD player.
