This is the video of our recent sailing trip with the Sea-Change Sailing Trust from Maldon with 3 people living with dementia and their families and carers. We went all the way up to the River Orwell and back, a distance of 97 miles, over 5 days, and had a wonderful time learning how to sail this majestic Thames Sailing Barge.
