@csurowka Of course there are multiple ways and implement a Resource Based Economy, and maybe TVP is not the best way, but it is a beautiful concept. Either way, it will take two to three generations to really accomplish this. That would also be 2 to 3 generations after a total revamp of our current education system to accomplish this. Values will begin to change over time, and people will measure success by contributions to society...not the size of their house or bank account.

@CosmicTopSecret I totally agree with what you are saying, especially managing our resources responsibly, however, while the Venus Project looks great on paper, I don't think it's the answer. Not yet anyway.

@csurowka We are not leaving behind a better world for our children and grandchildren. We are only making it worse for them. Once we wake up and realize the inherently flawed system we live in that leads to greed, materialism, elitism, social stratification, and I could go on and on with many other symptoms... but once we realize this, then we will finally learn to use technology to provide abundance for everyone. Money is outdated. We are at that moment technologically where it is obsolete.

@csurowka you obviously have not done your research. Communism still relied on a monetary based system with politicians and every other symptoms that it brings with it. Communism and Capitalism are not that different. The only main diference is the amount of government control. A RBE has no money, no politics. We believe the saviour of humankind will be Science and Technology, not Politics, Money, or Religion. We need to manage resources responsibly.

Only the feeble minded or adults who are really, really high would find ol' Ron's idea's appealing...in truth he's a fringe candidate who's been on the government payroll for 20 years but wants to dismantle government....His economic ideas are so whack he'd put us in a huge depression era and then strip government of any power to get us back on our feet..

Ron Paul, I don't trust him. Just like Ayn Rand, I can listen to him and be seduced by some of his stances but here is a guy who collects a taxpayer funded salary, socialized medicine and life time protections thanks to the american taxpayer. He has the gall to tell the rest of us we are a bunch of free loaders looking to nanny government. I'm tired of these hypocrites. Ron Paul has taken a hell of a lot more from the social system than I ever have.

I do not trust Alex Jones, and I have some doubts about Dr.Paul, so I just wanted you to know I sincerely understand where you are coming from and you are totally correct in using caution. Dr. Paul is a known Freemason and we must take that into account. Stay real brother
