This piece is pretty exciting. There is much tension, especially in the beginning. Later the melodic lines play a bigger role.

  • Very good !! J'attends les autres enregistrements avec impatience.

    ViniciusLoncanis , vous m'énervez !!!

  • I am currently studying BWV 543 prelude and fugue. I plan on posting the prelude in a few weeks.

  • And part 2 "Gravement" ?

  • I'll try to post it sometimes, but I don't like the piece. I think it's very long and dreary.

  • "this guy cant play for shit"

Wrong. What "this guy" can't do is filter out what comments are worthy of a reply.

  • Should be at least half as fast as that again, though.

  • You are completely right. My teacher wanted me to play the piece, so I studied it. I recorded the video BEFORE the lesson, and your comment is exactly what I got during the lesson. I want to remark that I want very little "articulation" in baroque music, because otherwise it may sound sloppy.

And about your critics about missing some notes: Please keep in mind that I only had lessons for 2 years or so, so I didn't have a very good technique.

  • are you mad? the middle section is glorious! it's a far sight more moving than the beginning, at least.

  • Niekdiehard, is true, the second part is not very good, but I would like to see hehehe
