Sorry for the person who messaged me and was offended by what I wrote above. It was meant to be silly, not serious. Just a joke. Sorry. Of course it's a trick.
The great trick here is how BlackBox Magic keeps from screaming when he lops and chops his hand. (Good job, Blacky!) I suspect Transcendental Meditation is aiding him here . Many famous magicians such as Doug Henning have used TM as an aid to their magic. However, a tip for Blacky: it is really more efficient to use an orphan or a beggar (the traditional French method) as it does not require reattachment surgery for the magician's hand.
KABMagic17 and MagicMaddy are both wrong ! This is actually a REAL french hand chopper . If you read your history books you'll realize that the french were always going around chopping off people's hands . It was considered a quaint, but entertaining thing to do at parties or weddings. Usually they would use a local beggar or an orphan. Big laffs ensued when the hand would fall off the screaming victim. (the French laugh at many strange things: they love Jerry Lewis for example) .
@CapraCorn2006 you don't have to apologize to any asshole!! I thought it was VRY funny..Hell with that punk..
