Billions of dollars in casinos being invested in GO Zone

Welcome back, my name's Chief Denney and welcome to our series on the GO Zone.

In the last video I shared with you the Big Boys. What are the Big Boys doing? Where is the real money being spent in the real estate industry? One of the things I learned a long time ago was not to reinvent the wheel, not to be a piioneer, but to really follow the big money.




If you look at the GO zone there are not millions of dollars, nto hundreds of millions, but literally billions of dollars being invested in the marketplace, in places like GulfPort, Biloxi, MS. Where casino operators are going out there and building Las Vegas, resort-style casinos. The largest casino operator in the world, Harrah's, is building not one but two casinos out there. So what if you could combine where the big boys are investing, combine their real investment strategies, and combine that with the single biggest tax benefit to real estate investors.

That sounds loike a home run to me, where we can go out and buy brand new real estate that cash flows in a booming market and be able to have an unprecedented tax writeoff, where we can turn around and put cold hard cash back in our pocket.

I encourage you not to reinvent the wheel, but just to follow in the footsteps of people spending billions of dollars. If you just simply ride their coattails, that's going to be the fastest, quickest, easiest buck for you to earn in the real estate market in the next 30, 60, 90 days.
