Oh, this is great news!

Absolutely awesome! Those violent twits got what they deserved. This guy had every right to defend himself & I'm happy he will not be charged for anything. Sweet.

Meanwhile however, a 6 year old boy with a learning disability is currently being charged for "raping" his 5 year old friend. The two were playing doctor.

He may have a 'history' of violence but that doesn't make the attack on him any less than WHAT IS IS!!. He was attacked by two crazy fuckers, he could have been stabbed or shot. Put yourself in his shoes. Watching a video after the fact is a comfort level he didn't have. He was attacked injustly.
