God Of War 2 - Grinder Glitches

Grinder Glitches!

I realised I had never tried to see how the game reacts if you take the soldier to the grinder while hes in a strange postion after Kratos picks him up while swimming.

Points Of Interest:
1. If you take the soldier to the grinder and place it near the grinder (in some instances not even close to the grinder) you then get the cutscene of the blood coming from below the grinder, you also hear the soldier scream, even though he never went under the grinder. And then if you...

2. ...place the soldier into the grinder (after the cutscene has been activated) Kratos can actually walk through the grinder to the other side of it. (But he cant go back).

3. If you place the soldier on the conveyor belt while hes upside down or in the sitting (riding-the-bike) position, you can see him under the grinder for a while as you hear the scream. And for some reason...

4. ...the gorgon nearly always follows the soldier into the grinder and gets stuck there. This happened various times when I put the soldier on the conveyor while he was in a strange position.

5. Cool to see the snakes on the gorgons head close up.

6. You can place the solider on top of the grinder (sitting or lying down) and he doesnt get damaged.

7. Another showing of slanted Kratos "falling" sideways.

8. Often when you are swimming in this area, and swim from Cerebus back to the collapsing temple, the screen suddenly goes black, the graphics disappear except for an "off-camera" Kratos falling down to his death.

9. There is a place near the grinder, that if you place the soldier there, the soldier will comically fall up and down repeatedly.

8. Not sure, it happens often in this area. Screen goes black and Kratos loses swimmingness, maybe that this is the only known swimming area in the game that if you skip a loading trigger, the next section wont load and this happens as a result.

Love how the last part he, as you say, bounces up and down. Also amusing to see the Gorgon slither about in a state of confused awe.

Thanks, Ive missed glitching this game. Ive been glitching Chains Of Olympus lately but its not as fun as GOW2.

Ive been doing a "normal" run through of GOW1. Will put up vids if I find anything.
