Sin City Sincity Music tribute okkervil river -"so come back, I am waiting" My first video, It's a long song, but I liked it so much I had to use it.

Tim Hardin was a singer-songwriter who wrote the song Black Sheep Boy, the character in that song was adapted by Will Sheff for this album and he turned it into a parallel to Hardin himself. Hardin would eventually go on to die of an OD.

Will has previously stated, multiple times, the entire Black Sheep Boy album is based on Tim Hardin's life. That's why Black Sheep Boy is such a poignant title and album opener. If you google it there's a great piece on that topic on somebodys website. It's an interview with Will and he talks about having the distinct honor of meeting Tim's son. Check it out.
