Ironic, I have Crohns Disease, I was diagnosed in October of 2009, and had to get surgery right after that to save my life. Crohns is not fun, I cannot eat any of the foods I used to love.

I know this commercial isn't supposed to be offensive, but it's obvious they are actors/actresses. If you have crohn's disease, you wouldn't be doing a commercial. You would be getting out and doing things, not taking a quiz on the computer. I have Crohn's disease, and I try to forget about it when I can. I hate it when this commercial shows up on TV.

I've had Chron's for about ten years now. This always makes me laugh a little. If they wanted to make this commercial more accurate they'd talk about the inordinate amount of gas, stomach-garbling, and awkwardness that comes along with the disease. I'm pretty sure that if they were to create some sort of Chron's strenth Gas-X they could make a lot of money.

@Panthergrrrl I agree with you 100%! This commercial doesn't even come close to portraying of having this God-awful disease. Every time this commercial comes on, I'm just like, You actors have no idea what it's really like, so just stop talking. No one really knows just how bad it can be.

Sorry for my rant, but, being a Crohn's patient, this commercial just irritates the heck out of me.

i once missed an hour of a party because of my disease. it also made me go outside because i had a flareup and i couldnt hold it. but i will not let crohns take over my life.
