@chrama1 good deal, glad to hear you have a flash now...it's really the best way to go if you cant afford or dont have room for a conveyor dryer. I've added a simple homemade "poor mans conveyor" to my vastex flash dryer. it speeds things up alot. :)

@misterscreenprint oops. yep. I posted that a while ago when I was just starting a home project. I have come a long way since. I still do not have a belt dryer, but I have been using a Hot Air Flash Dryer. I find it burns less easily and a lot of other advantages. FYI. After this initial response, my first method of drying was an old propane stove I got from an RV salvage yard.

@TheHandsInControlKil you don't have to use the "green film". it's actually called direct emulsion. you can buy it in hobby stores but it is very expensive for a very small amount. buy it by the quart and buy a good brand such as Saati textilPV. it's pink. it exposes in about 2 minutes with a cheap halogen 500 watt work lamp on 110 mesh screen.

@chrama1 you can cure plastisol with a flash cure...they are available on ebay. if you want to really go on the cheap you can cure them in your home oven...but i would not recommend that you cook in it ever again afterwards...toxic. some people just starting out cure with a heat gun but it is very inconsistent at best and can cause you problems and it takes forever to cure one shirt plus you can very easily burn the shirt. I'd get a flash cure, you'll be happier in the end.

I've done quite a few stickers,on adhesive vinyl, it works well if you match your ink to your screen mesh. By the time you go thru the process though it's generally more economical to order stickers...
