I can accept that Aizen could be broken out his prison, but if he were just to come back out of nowhere wouldn't make sense. If anything, I see other villains coming about, and if anything the Gotei 13 might need Aizen for some reason or another, which might see him come back. But even that is somewhat cliche'd for the heroes to need a past antagonist. My money is on him rotting in prison.
