  • I LOVED this, don't get me wrong...

But this is an awfully cheery interpretation of a very sad song, isn't it?

    5/5 nonetheless. :-)

It is very difficult to play this song. I have an easier time learning Wooten tunes.

  • @TheAllMightyVegenGod The bass hes using has a 35 inch scale so the position over the pickups will yield a different tone than a 34 inch scale bass.

  • Love this

  • @TheAllMightyVegenGod this guy has been my teacher when i was about 14..and he told me about jaco pastorius, victor wooten, jeff berlin and marcus miller. so he pretty much know what hes doin ^^.

  • Ok, nice playing 4.7/5, but this song should be left alone. Leave it as it is, because the sentimental value of this is greater than Jeff Berlin himself. And i cant see your right hand, but it sounds like your playing above the pickups. If you want to get a good sound, then play 2cm in front of the bridge. It hurts if your not used to it, but it pays off in the long run. Im a bassist myself, have you looked up Jaco. Learn to play some of his music. Birdland is wonderful. Try it!
