I tried making puris using your method but mine came out to be very soft and soggy though they were rising well! Please help!

@Aliza142 i found that when oil is added it makes the pooris soft, not crisp .. and yes, the first ingredient was sooji (also known here as bombay rava, upma rava etc ) cheers ! :-)

@msjasminek its called semolina in english, and it is wheat ground into a granular powder ...:-)
