  • At the idiots below me. Kakuta is an attack midfielder not a winger. He can also play on the wings but his position is in the hole, behind the strikers.

  • willshere is more of a play maker while kakuta is a winger/striker.

  • sorry m8 but wilshere is better.

  • all the people that thought kakuta was better, looks like you were wrong

  • @deeboi2007 2 things here:

    1. As a wing you don't need to have the vision to make brilliant passes every now and then. It's all about crosses and goals.

    2. Chelsea don't need young players on the first team because the older players aren't shit like Arsenals.

  • @SmellsLikeNirvanna why apart from wilshere? I think Arsenal got Wilshere from Luton Towen when he was really young? All the big teams do it though. Its not stealing

  • @Theechosen1from1993 Well im sorry my opinion is different from yours but my opinion is that you cannot fairly compare players as different kakuta and wilshire. I think you can compare their influence on their team, or even some attributes but i dont think you can ultimately say who is the better player. You wouldnt really compare a goalkeeper and a striker to say whos the better player and i dont really think you can fairly compare any players that play in such different positions.

  • @waviehall

i know you did in the end of your comment but the main point of what you were saying was that you can't compare them because they play in different positions, and if you HAD to compare them then wilshere is better. performance at "the highest level" has the biggest influence on deciding the world player of the year, which is why someone like charlie adam can never win such an award while at blackpool. it's the players who stand out among stars who are most likely to win.

  • @Theechosen1from1993 I think you'll find i did actually compare them on those grounds and said wilshere is a better player. When is the world player of the year actually fair? iniesta and xavi have more influence on barcelona than messi but messi gets the award. You cant really compare fairly in this way. I mean charlie adam has a huge influence on blackpool, more influence than lampard, gerrard, fabregas etc have on their own teams but it doesnt make him better.

  • @waviehall

oh there it is. the "they play in a different position" argument to exuse the fact wilshere can do it at the top level and kakuta simply can't. it doesn't matter about their position, just look at the job they do in their position and their influence to the team. how do you think the world player of the year is decided?
