V-V and Grind Stormer are two different games.
In Grind Storm you can use bombs but you can't choose your weapon like the Gradius system in V-V.
The second loop is completely different as in V-V suicide bullets are really straight contrary to Grind Storm that are spread all around the screen.
The player is GER himself (so ayame) and is playing on Grind Stormer.

damn. creds to whomever is responsible for this run. i mean, this game is so intense, that it's not surprising that the staff behind V-Five (a.k.a. Grind Stormer) went on to create many bullet hell shmups such as the DonPachi series.
