Hi!
The design in this video is not hard to do at all. Its actually for people that are just experimenting with different shapes and small gentle strokes while shaping the acrylic into flower forms. As the video progress, you will see how I layer each petal to fit to create a pop up 3D effect on the fake nail that we're practicing on.
The key element is to use light gentle strokes, and to wait for the formula to become slightly harden. This will make it easier for you to shape with your brush into the desired form. The finishing touches are clear top coats and assorted rhinestone gems. I used plastic rhinestones and pearls.
Literally everything I used in this video you could find on eBay. They are very inexpensive. Starting out you may feel that it is an investment, and frankly it is. You will be able to create more designs and other 3D nails from your powder or kit that you purchased.
Also, if you're planning to do acrylic nails, I recommend doing it outside or in a really open space where there is ventilation. The smell is awful and you don't want to breath directly into the chemical. I get headaches all the time when I do nails. So be careful :)
Thank you for watching and if you have any questions, I would be more than happy to share you my thoughts and recommendations.
