to build back up in that area would be insane. global warming is a reality with katrina as the proof. the flooding could have been prevented. it was a case of negligence of prudent prevention. i wonder how many other cities all over the u.s. will fall victim to global warming. i predict new york. the scene is already set. tnx 4 the vid bob
