I have a plush Cthulhu, and to keep him in check, I also gave him a plush black Labrador puppy. It is the only thing in this world or any other that can keep this grand grim darkest of gods from destroying us all.

The reason that this excels more than anything else ever written by HP Lovecraft & translated by others into celluloid, is that its horror is implicit, rather than explicit. Also, believe it or not, HPL hated the then nascent technology of the cinema, preferring, instead, the time-honoured medium & immediacy of the theatre ~ (•8-D}

I don't think that's why Cthulu is sleep\dead, I forget the exact reason but it's not because he can't go into the water like Garfield the cat.

call of cthulthu dark corners is problably one ot the most frightning games ive ever played. i give it ehhh problably a 8 out of 10
