Outro isn't to long at all, 30-40 seconds is ideal, people know when the outro hits the video is over so they can watch as much of it as they wan't, sitting and watching the screen for 40 seconds and then complaining its to long is retarded. You want it up that long so everyone from the slowest to the fastest reader can take in all the information.
