Wow! That was unbelievable! My heart goes out to you and a close friend who lost his home there last year. Thanks for showing us this madness of Mother Nature! Whew.

1:08-1:10 that is the YMCA and caseys general store. right next to the river....bout 20 feet away. right next to my dads old shop.......u wanna see it but you don't

god its so sad goin downtown i wasn;t affected cuz i live in walford but our basement still flooded, so sad!!

Hello iam robert margraves from ann arbor mich cedar rapids got hit hard;i will pray for all people their i will be their soon to help work;and re build the homes;my first time in IOWA state; i hope the people are nice; and welcome new commers their; thanks again i will be their JULY 12. 13, 14, 2008 GOD BLESS all stay safe and dry;

Oh man, I wasnt really affected by any water, but the smeel is nuts. Also, I would like to thank the eating areas around town for helping the water saving effort.

my house is fine, though.
i find it ironic this happened on friday the 13th.
