Honestly it's probably easier to get off a real instant kill than this shit. First of all you need to get a non jumping counter hit with the super and have 100% tension and do it on a character that takes at least as much damage as Baiken (so probably only Baiken, Chipp, Millia and Cliff).

so its a instant kill combo....but u gotta have full tension?....ok hopefullly u can get ur burst off and then have a stupid enemy that just lets you HCBFS them.
