It seems like none of her videos are like a true pro. She knows some techniques but they're not the higher quality. You don't fill the bag up that full! It results in poor flow. It goes more smoothly if you fill with just enough for the moment, and if you need more, just open the bag and add more later.
When you do the stars on the side of a cake do you need it to be cold or room temp also does it need to be a heaver frosting than what you put down to begin with? like royal frosting?
