Spaying and neutering dogs reduces the risk that they will bite. An unaltered female dog is 10 times more likely to bite than one that is spayed. An unaltered male dog is 7 times more likely to bite than one that is neutered. Unaltered dogs are responsible for over 90% of fatal attacks on people. Washington state needs to support statewide spay/neuter programs. Visit www.savewashingtonpets.org to see how you can help.
